We accept payments via Pay Pal, EWAY (Credit Cards), direct deposit or Australia Post Money Order. All orders will only be sent once payment has cleared.

Totally Mums and Bubs retains the title to the products that you order until you have made payment IN FULL for those products. Once full payment has been made, goods are sent. While every effort is made to ensure safe and timely delivery, all purchases are subject to a delivery contract. Items are sent with the customers knowledge that it is not registered (and if left at your doorstep). Should the items be lost by Australia Post (which is very rare) Totally Mums and Bubs is not obliged to provide a refund. Should you wish your item to be sent registered post, please contact us and we will provide you with a price for postage. We try to have your parcel sent the next business day after your payment is received. Australia Post can take anywhere from 2-7 days to deliver your parcel, depending upon where you live. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. | |||
